Common questions
- I can’t sign in.Use the email and password for your dealership account, or the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. If you still can’t get in, contact your dealership administrator or email support.
- Calls aren’t ringing on my phone. Make sure notifications and microphone access are enabled for Relay in your device settings, and that you are signed in. Re-open the app to refresh your calling connection.
- How do I stop receiving texts from a dealership? Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
