Data & Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Relay account and the personal information associated with it. This page explains what gets deleted and how to make a request, in line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
How to request deletion
Choose either method:
- Email. Send a request to tej@razzytech.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account and Data Deletion Request.” Include your name and the dealership you are associated with so we can locate your records.
- In-app. If you have access to the Relay app, contact your dealership administrator or use the support contact in Settings to start a deletion request.
We confirm receipt and process verified requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
What is deleted
- Your Relay account profile (name, email, phone number, role, and login credentials).
- Your push-notification tokens and device associations.
- Diagnostic identifiers tied to your account.
What may be retained, and why
Relay is used by dealerships, and much of the information in the Service — such as sales leads, customer contact records, and the message and call history of a dealership — belongs to and is controlled by the dealership, not the individual user. We may retain that dealership-owned data, and certain records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing and transaction records), even after an individual account is deleted. Requests concerning a dealership’s own customer or lead data should be directed to that dealership, which can also ask us, as its processor, to delete its data.
Limited information may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements. Where we retain data for these purposes, we restrict its use accordingly.
