Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Relay (“Relay,” “we,” “us”) is a lead-management and communication tool for automotive dealerships, provided by RazzyTech, operated by 17576528 Canada Inc. (British Columbia, Canada). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Relay mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the Relay web application (collectively, the “Service”).

Who controls your data

Relay is used by dealerships (“Dealerships”) to manage their own sales leads. For most lead and customer information processed through the Service, the Dealership is the data controller and RazzyTech acts as a data processor on its behalf. If you are a car shopper or lead, please contact the Dealership you interacted with regarding its own privacy practices. For information about Dealership staff accounts and the operation of the Service itself, RazzyTech is the controller.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, role, and dealership affiliation of Dealership staff who use the Service.
  • Lead and contact information. Information about sales leads that a Dealership ingests or enters — names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle interest, and the content of messages and calls exchanged through the Service.
  • Communications. SMS messages, call metadata, call recordings (where the Dealership enables recording), voicemails, and AI-assisted message drafts and replies.
  • Usage and device data. Log data, app interactions, IP address, device and operating-system information, and push-notification tokens.
  • Diagnostic data. Crash reports and performance data used to keep the apps stable. We configure our crash reporting to avoid collecting message content or lead contact details.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Service — routing leads, placing and receiving calls, sending and receiving SMS, AI-assisted replies, and reporting.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To process billing and account administration for Dealerships.
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead or customer contact information for our own advertising.

Service providers we share with

We share information with trusted vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the Service:

  • Twilio — voice calls, SMS, and related telephony.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
  • Vercel — web application hosting.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional and lead-delivery email.
  • Stripe — Dealership subscription and payment processing.
  • Google (Gemini) — AI-assisted message generation.
  • Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

SMS, calls, and consent

The Service is used by Dealerships to communicate with their leads and customers by SMS and phone. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; replying HELP returns assistance information. Where a Dealership enables call recording, recordings are made in accordance with applicable law; British Columbia follows one-party-consent rules, and Dealerships are responsible for any disclosures their jurisdiction requires.

International data transfers

Relay is operated from Canada and uses service providers that may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service to the relevant Dealership and for legitimate business and legal purposes. When a Dealership ends its use of the Service, we delete or de-identify associated data within a commercially reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so that each Dealership’s data is segregated. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Dealership staff can update much of their account information in the app. To make a request — including a request to delete your data — see our Data & Account Deletion page or email tej@razzytech.com. Because Dealerships control their own lead data, we may direct certain requests to the relevant Dealership.

Children

The Service is intended for use by automotive-dealership staff and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
